Shock & Awe

This workout is a unique strength and cardio program derived from the programs of the US Armed Forces, and professional sports teams.

Training includes running/ jogging, body weight exercises, TRX, sand bags, tires, weight vests, battle ropes, tires, and the use of other equipment. Prepare for 60-75 minutes of high repetition, continuous movement at a moderate intensity. This is the ideal program for any individual and athlete seeking challenge, full-body conditioning and strength maintenance.

***Some activities will be performed outdoors and inclement weather conditions may take the workout predominantly inside. Participants should always dress appropriately for the weather.

Nuts & Bolts

A 60-minute workout that focuses on muscular strength and development. Kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, plates, and much more are used to create symmetry and definition for all muscles in the body as well as positive change in body composition.

No Stone Left Unturned

A 60-75-minute fast-paced, high intensity cardio and strength workout challenging the body in all planes of motion while incorporating different types of equipment. This group workout is a calorie burner for sure!

Bounce a Coin Off Those Abs & Glutes

A 45-minute workout focused on the abs and glutes. But… be assured we will use all muscles. A variety of equipment is used and each class is different. Keep those muscles guessing!

Active Recovery, Stretch & Release

A 30-minute recovery session is just as important as consistent exercise. Your body needs time to rebuild, repair, and rejuvenate. This session is perfect for those days when cumulative fatigue makes you inactive.  Sessions include a light warm up, flexibility and range of motion exercises, as well as foam rolling in a low-intensity environment for relaxation. This is a great opportunity to unwind after a stressful day, recover from injury, or relax following a major athletic achievement.
